"la struttura è immersa nel verde per chi ama la pace e la natura.Il proprietario molto cordiale e simpatico ma la camera lasciava a desiderare. Purtroppo mi sono seduto sul letto e si è staccata la prima doga e poi durante la notte se ne sono staccate altre fino a rimanere in una conca che non mi ha permesso di dormire.Muri con segni di umidità e molto rovinati. L'ho fatto presente al proprietario ma più che dimostrare di essere dispiaciuto ha detto che le avrebbbe incollate.Colazione abbondante...

Colazione buonissima e abbondante, con dolci fatti in casa, anche per celiaci, affettati, salumi e formaggi del posto. Titolari gentilissimi e molto attenti a mettere a proprio agio gli avventori. "The apartment was dark and faced the restaurant with a high hedge opposite. The 2nd bedroom was in the apartment ceiling and the room was very dark. My daughter was not happy to sleep in it. It was also accessed by open slippery stairs. This was not described within the apartment details. If so, I would never have booked it. "

"This is Not a 4star hotel!!!!!! No Bathroom amenities but a liquid soap to do all!! And the one in the shower didn’t even work! No boxes of tissues! Just Horrible, no bell service, had no Water for 4 hours!, Breakfast was subpar, would not recommend anyone to stay here!!! Staff also was no Friendly or helpful, no staff after 11pm"

"Convenient location next to train station (which in Europe can be a plus and minus), Less than 15 minute walk to anything worth seeing in Grosetto. Very friendly staff helped with early check in. Room is quite plain and could use some updating, but was clean. Bed a bit uneven. Good wifi and tv options. "
