「I'm over 80 and found the ordering of our stay difficult. On arrival I was told that the booking was not for the night but the following night so had to make another booking. I was told that Crisol Monasterio de San Miguel could not transfer the booking so I paid twice. I found your ordering system difficult to navigate and would be very grateful if you could refund me the booking that I could not use. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards Ian Hazeel.」

「兩層樓的大公寓，雖然建造日期已有幾百年，但是維護的狀況很好，很乾淨，浴室很大，有兩個洗手檯。廚房用具油鹽醋都有備齊，還有免費的瓶裝水。裝設漂亮。員工也很友善。」

「El hotel no es que lo que en las imágenes de Booking aparece. Está muy descuidado, la puerta del baño no cerraba, la cobija estaba manchada de sangre y la habitación no estaba limpia, tuvimos que decirlo en recepción y al segundo día la limpiaron. En cuanto a la atención en la recepción, la Sra. que estaba durante en día no era nada simpática a diferencia de la que estaba por la noche, era muy atenta. No recomiendo este hotel.」
