「Breakfast was garbage especially for a 4 star hotel, espresso was also garbage for a hotel in Italy.」

「Il Residence dei Margi è una bella struttura soprattutto per la zona esterna con piscina molto grande e piscina piccola per i bambini. Alcune cose sono da rivedere: la chiusura della piscina è prevista alle 18:30, troppo presto per chi vuole godersi le ore meno calde della giornata. Nel nostro alloggio, già dal primo giorno erano presenti delle formiche sul top della cucina, fatto presente alla reception ma non è stato fatto nulla. Il letto nella camera matrimoniale erano due singoli attaccati...

「Booked a quadruple room at this Agriturismo in Calabria and specifically called the owner to confirm it had two separate bedrooms. He lied. We got one bedroom and an old, tattered pull-out couch. The terrace had absolutely no furniture, so it was completely useless. The room was very poorly furnished, with only a tiny 10-inch TV you could barely see and nowhere to sit except that worn-out couch. No fridge in the room, which was a serious issue for my elderly parents aged 81 and 84, especially...

Check-in could not have been smoother. Staff was professional, kind, and helpful, including the Manager's uncle! Marta really went the extra mile to help us tweak our travel plan, including arranging for a taxi. The vouchers for dinner and breakfast were much appreciated. The dinner spot was exceptional.」
