"Very nice hotel with excellent staff who went above and beyond to help make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We were there in December, and there were beautiful decorations and a Christmas market in the courtyard. Several excellent restaurants on the property, and lots more a short walk away. Our room was spotless. Very large and well appointed."

"Shade for breakfast area would be helpful for glare. Bit warm in there. Hotel clerk was excellent and flawless. I wish everyone was as professional, helpful and pleasant like him. He gave me free water and allowed me to check in late with no additional charge. He also spoke English which is not a given in hotels, restaurants, cabs, stores. My only wish was my hotel was located near the city center where I could walk around. Cabs are not cheap here. Because of the location of my hotel there was no tour pickup available from here. "

"Brilliant resort lots of activities and games played daily, animation team were energetic and inclusive in particular our favourites were the fabulous Diego, Veronica & Oscar. Daily evening shows which were good. Accommodation was tired but we stayed in the older version that had cooking facilities, the newer rooms looked less tired. Not a lot to do in the local area but plenty to keep you occupied in the resort. Free water sports tennis, beach volleyball, beach tennis, ping pong, bikes and lots more was fab."
