「Foi otima, equipe muito atenciosa, ambiente agradável, café da manhã bom. Pontos que devem ser melhorados: 1.Internet não pega nos quartos apenas na área social. 2. Na piscina tem um bucal que puxa o cabelo das pessoas, um perigo que pode causar um acidente gravissimo. 」

La piscina con una temperatura perfecta caliente súper disfrutable. Desayuno justo. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Tienen algunos muy pequeños detalles a corregir de mantenimiento: alguna cortina rota, extractores de baño no funcionaban, TV con mala señal y alguna luz quemada. 」

「The staff here are outstanding. We arrived during heavy rain and had booked a glamping room which is not connected to the main hotel. We were offered a chance to stay inside the hotel if we preferred, at the same price. We were shown both rooms before we made a decision, and we chose to stay in the glamping cabin after all (because it was SO cute!). There was a bit of leaking from the windows, and was a bit chillier in parts (the bathroom was cold!), and the alignment on the doors was a bit off,...

「The setting is glorious, nestled in the woods on a lake. The staff was friendly and eager to please. Understaffed in the restaurant. Had to wait quite a while each morning for breakfast items to be replenished. The poor employee was doing as much as she could on her own. No WiFi in the basement where the gym is, so couldn’t use my Peloton app to work out with the hotel’s gym equipment. It’s a classy hotel; I was surprised they didn’t have a booster so we could get WiFi down there. Kayaking...

「Adorei a estadia! Tinha ducha escocesa, piscina térmica e outra do lado de fora, academia pequena. Tinham lebres que ficaram na frente do hotel e os quartos tinham um banheiro com 3 separações e banheira. A cama é grande, macia e confortável. Um café da manhã divino! Uma ótima experiência!」

「This is a very neat hotel. The room design is cosy and every room is equipped with a spa bath tub. Somewhat surprisingly there is no minibar in the rooms. This was somewhat unlucky because I caught the flue the day before we arrived at the hotel and i needed a lot of beverages. But the staff was really helpful and provided me with tea regulalry and organized a doctor who came by. But be careful: The hotel is not located where hotels.com shows it on the Map.
