The house was adequate, and we liked the private pool. However, when we were settling in we found trash on the sides of the bunk bed (empty water bottle, a bag of goldfish and tags from clothes) and noticed that the rug was dirty and significantly stained. There were several other instances of this nature: some bathrooms had hand soap and shampoo and conditioners, some had nothing; our bed had a flat sheet that was a size too small for the bed; the decorative pillows on the beds were stained and had dust and dirt on them; the trash bins on the side of the house had not been emptied in several days (three bins, all overflowing). We messaged about the trash and management said they would send someone out to take some trash away so we had room, but they never came.
There were also a couple of things that did not work. The toaster on site does not work; the sliding door to the pool did not slide properly, so it couldn’t be used; and the slide out bed for the bunk beds was also off track and perhaps broken.
The bathrooms were lovely, but the rest of the property needs attention. Overall the stay was fine, and there are certainly worse things, but for the money we expected a much cleaner space.
