There are lots of ants at the grass area . I means a lot of them they are building a lot of home. And there are lots noise at night specially sleeping time people still in the pool and playing out loud around 3-4 am.

If you can book somewhere else, do so. I recommend the Holiday Inn express 7 mins down the street. This place is horrible, management is horrible, just horrible all the way around. I have been trying to resolve a refund with this place since June 30th but evidently no one answers the phone during the day and at night they just tell you, the manager that can approves the refund is not available. But I see they responded a week ago to a review on here but cant answer the phones. I checked in and 5 minutes later checked out. The people next to us were so loud during intimate time, there was a huge hole in the wall, there was no dead bolt lock on door, room smelled mildewy, and there was a beg bug on one of the bed so that’s why I checked out. Do not book this place. I took a chance because despite the bad reviews there were some good ones. and even tho I didn’t stay they are still refusing a refund despite how gross the room was and me finding a bed bug. Just nastiest place

The rooms need some major upgrade. They look worse than my uncle‘s home from the 60s. The mattresses the springs are sticking out they stab you in the legs when you get out of the bed. The layout is not economical. Don’t get me started on the bathroom. The bathroom door did not even shut. The bottom of the door looked like people had tried to shove the door shut, tearing the door up and they just painted over the issues.

Hotel room was clean, but had heavy cleaner smell so much. It burns your eyes at first. Handicap shower was not slip protected. But the pool was nice.

I usually don't post about hotel stays unless its necessary, but this stay was not a good one, multiple issues and I will not be staying at this location again. First the pictures that are shown on the site is not what the room looks like The room that we had was ok for its size which is good but there was a black mold issue that had myself and families allergies flared the whole time and it was only when we were at the hotel is when our allergies would start up, the indoor a/c unit and window curtains had mold in/on them, my wife woke up at 2am to use the restroom to find a roach on the restroom floor unfortunately. If there was a fire in this building the chances of knowing would be last minute due to no smoke detectors in the room just wires, im pretty sure this is a fire code violation, for the amount of people in the room we didn't have enough towels and had to keep requesting more towels, the breakfast was very mediocre and I wouldn't call it a breakfast, if you are staying just for a overnight stop maybe ideal but wouldn't recommend any longer than that.

Our stay was very pleasant!! Staff gery friends and helpful, even offered more room options. Our room was spacious and clean, ac worked great. Courtyard and the pool were an added plus!! We will definitely return there for future stays in Rockport

It was a great value staying here with a family of 5. The breakfast was free and it was pretty good. My only complaint was the bed and pillows; they weren't comfortable, the fold out sofa was better. I would come back and stay, I would just make sure to bring a matress topper and pillows.

hice el Check in como a las 5:30 pm, el hotel se ve viejo, pero la habitacion que nos asiganron, habia goteras, las paredes del bano muy sucias, el pasador de la puerta principal la medra podrida ( sin seguridad) tuve que cancelar el hotel y llevar a mi familia a otro hotel , empezare a hacer el tramite de rembolso, por las MALAS INSTALACIONES QUE TIENE ESE HOTEL tengo el comprobante de ese hotel, el comprobante del otro hotel que rente y el video con las condicones que se encontraba el cuarto Andres Olvera andresolveratexas@gmail.com

Contrary to many other reviews, we found our room to be clean and easy to access. It looked as if it had been recently painted and had new flooring. The contental breakfast was straight forward contental- cereal, toast, and freshly (self-made) waffles. Coffee, water, and juices available. Ended up being a quick spot to stay at and was good for the price.
