「The beds are really hard. The keys do not stay programmed so I kept having to go down to get them reprogrammed. There was a 5 ft snake in the pool.」

「The lady who cleaned our room was very good. She did a great job made us feel very welcome and comfortable.」

「I had been staying at this hotel for many years, However many services have changed, not friendly front desk staff, I had to inquire about parking procedures and breakfast, the room was okay but noisy from the hallway and outside noise couldn’t sleep, the breakfast buffet had gone down, no omelette station and no fresh fruit, plates, cup and utensils were disposable. Parking had improved considerably, no hanging tags anymore and easy access to get in and out. Not sure if I would stay here again.」

「The water coming out of lavatory faucet was a trickle. I called management and the man said “is the pressure low?” I said “yes, there’s not enough water to wash hands. Is that normal?” He said “yes”. End of story. We had to use the tub faucet to wash up. Neither remote worked with TVs. Batteries dead. Tracked down staff and they did not replace batteries in either remote, just gave me one from another room switching them out. AC is controlled by those motion sensors. Disappointed most...

「Stayed at Ocean’s Edge Hotel in Port Aransas and had a great experience! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and recently updated. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The pool area was nice for relaxing after a day in the sun, and having golf cart rentals available was a huge bonus for getting around town. Complementary breakfast and happy hour. Water in restroom was perfect ac very nice and cold.」

「This was hands down the most horrific and terrible motel experience of our entire lives, and it completely ruined our very first vacation to this area. We paid full price for a two-night stay, but it was an absolute waste of money because the room lacked even the most basic items. There was no refrigerator, no microwave, and no hair dryer anywhere in the room. Even worse, they did not even provide basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, or conditioner, leaving us with absolutely nothing to wash...
