Slept On A Moldy Pillow For Six Nights, The Ac Also Was Moldy, Manager Refuses To Issue A Full Refund and Has Been Avoiding My Calls. The Refusal For A Full Refund Was After I Was Told By An “ Acting Manager “ No To A Refund. Be Very Cautious! Drug Deals Are Constantly Being Done. We Were Offered Meth During Our Stay. Slept on mold for a whole week, I was refused a refund because I should have and I quote the Asst. manager Chelsea Rosenbaum “ checked the pillow “ I always check the beds for bedbugs, bed was clear so why would I check the pillows? The manager VJ Dodge me like dodge ball. The Ac also had mold in it. Absolutely would not recommend this hotel.

Absolutely terrible we booked for 2 days and left after the first night breakfast only had cereal and some waffles station was dirty , hotel rooms smelled so bad we moved 2 times and the rooms were still disgusting overall environment wouldn’t recommend creepy guys staying there as well as a sketchy environment definitely Do Not recommend ! Ruined our first night experience not worth the price at all! Absolutely absurd how ridiculous this place was

Disgusting, do NOT go here

Room was dirty and smelled disgusting. The toilet was clogged and after calling the front desk and informing them of the issue, we left for six hours. On our return, we found the door wide open and the toilet still clogged. The air conditioner was loud and distracting. Before going to sleep, our door had a peep hole, but after we woke up, the peep hole had been removed leaving only an open hole in the door. The area around the hotel is very unsafe and we heard multiple gunshots just trying to fall asleep. Our door was repeatedly knocked on in the middle of the night, but upon inspection, nobody was there. Staff are polite, yet unhelpful and the breakfast was pitiful. 0/10 would NOT recommend

Even with calling ahead a week in advance, the rooms were not ready for occupants. There was no shower curtain, no toilet paper, the tv remote had no batteries, the coffee maker was missing a part, and the air conditioner apparently did not drain water as the room always felt damp and sticky on the floor. Management here was pitiful. The breakfast was fine, however

Our room was nice, but the bathroom tub was disgusting with brown stains on the bottom. The tub proceeded to fill up because something was clogging the drain. Eventually it declogged itself, but the whole experience was gross. The bathroom curtains had yellow stains and the shower head itself was really dirty.

GOTTA TRY THIS PLACE!

Would have been a 5 if not for the 4th floor room and no functioning elevator!! I stayed here around the same time last year and there was no elevator! of course, they had just opened the place. Turns out this was sheer nocoincidence. It was working by morning. That the only reason this wasn't 5 across the board (for the price). Super friendly staff, and the rooms were immaculate.

Someone in my room

The front entrance nice and front desk polite. Rooms were not totally cleaned. On tge sink counter were some females fake eyelashes. When we return from a night outing to a local venue some of my things were on the floor, like someone abd cane in the room and went through my things. Thankfully we didn't leave anything valuable in the room. I calked the front desk and tgey said that no one went into my room.

Our main door had a crack in it so you could see daylight. We had to purchase our own cleaning supplies to be able to use the bathroom. Hair everywhere. Sheet were probably washed but there were stains all over them. Bugs everywhere probably coming through the crack in the door, including cockroaches. Elevator sounded like it broke with us in it and after we got off the door wouldn’t close again. Overall, would not recommend these accommodations. They don’t seem to care or see the need for cleanliness.
