quiiet and comfortable

The suite was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Quiet, but close to downtown; a little hard to find for someone unfamiliar with the area, so a good map or GPS is recommended.

BYOB-Bring Your Own Bed

We are so glad that we read the reviews and brought our own memory foam mattress and air mattress. The Queen Bed frame was sagging/bent and the mattress was worse that an old futon. The sofa bed was so rickety & falling apart that we didn't dare use it. In fact, you could hardly sit on the sofa. So with the bedding we brought it was definitely livable and we felt like there were enough additional amenities to make it worth it.

Perfect quiet hideaway.

The loft condo we stayed in first had one bed as shown on site. With our circumstances, having 1 bed was OK, but the mgr asked if we would be more comfortable with 2 beds and having the availability for one more guest, without us having to express that thought. Our plans changed and needing to stay a couple more days was not a problem for them and made our trip complete! The only downside was a dog left in an adjoining unit that suffered from separation anxiety that howled and moaned whenever the owner was away. Other than that, we had a great time

Great deal

Worth it. We were nervous when we saw the run down neighborhood, but the cul de sac itself is fine, the interior very nice, esp. for the price, manager also nice. The nights were quiet and we had no problem. Also, very close to downtown/easy access. Bed was clean, but old mattress. Fully equipped with dishes, coffeemaker, stove etc., but bring your own shampoo

Good Quality for Great Rate

We booked last minute and the owner was very accomodating. The room was spacious, warm and clean. Best suited for long stays and we were staying only 2 nights. Each room has it's own outside entrance. No extras or frills which was fine with us.

Needs Improvement

Hotel was difficult to find. We had googled directions but there was construction and we had to find an alternate route, which took considerable time. We had called the hotel prior, too, and they did not notify us of any construction. Although the culdesac the suites were in was nice, the overall neighborhood was sketchy. Would not feel safe walking there at night. We also had people prank knocking on our door at night. We could not use the shower more than 1 time because the tub wouldn't drain. There were cigarette butts lying all over the patio outside our sliding back door. No hotel staff did any housekeeping during our stay. We had to ask for additional coffee and drano for the tub drain.

"Great room for the money"

Stayed here with husband and two kids. Felt it was great place for money and with kids. Neighborhood was fine. An Albertsons is a couple blocks away, and a laundromat and 7-eleven are conveniently located nearby as well.

Location not the best

The area which this hotel is not the best. No one was there at 1:00 when we arrived. Had to call and wait for them to get there. Did not feel like a safe place to stay

A great place to stay.

The suite we stayed in had a kitchenette,living room and bathroom downstairs. The stairs led to a loft bed room. I especially liked the privacy fence around the patio. And we could smoke out there!
