"The front desk staff are excellent and very accommodating. The view and access to the ocean is superb. The hotel is old and very dated. The carpets could use a refresh. The furniture needs replacement. It takes forever to get a hot shower and the baths drain very slowly. "

"Overall i didn't think this property was as good as it was rated. Our room wasnt very clean upon arrival, we had to ask 3 days in a row for house keeping to come and they only delivered towels, no cleaning. They put in a special request for full housekeeping the day before we left (out of 7) Breakfast was just ok, nothing special, typical with limited healthy options,. The Starbucks on site is also only a partial starbucks only doing the basics. The pool is small but overlooks the ocean. Overall not the most kid friendly hotel, no beach sharing options(toys, chairs etc) Pool is open until 10pm but no lights, so not really open til 10 Won't be my first choice next time. "

"Love this place! Stayed 2x & will be back… last day I found out about the heated pool. So glad they told me. The staff is great. You get a discount for restaurant next-door as a hotel guest. And the staff at the restaurant is great as well. Then you get a free breakfast at the mermaid Café next-door and it is the perfect way to start your day after checkout. Can’t wait to visit again!"
