「Our place was spectacular! It was clean and very current in fixtures and finishes. We were there a week and the kitchen was great, the master was very nice. Linens were clean. We loved it. The owners are renovating the property and if the rest of the property is brought to the level of the unit we stayed in, it will be a spectacular place! We’re already looking for next year!」

「Great location with plenty of parking. Suite was spacious and clean. Sofá bed was not as comfortable but ok for a small kid. No elevators so keep that in mind as you might have to walk 3 flights of stairs.」

「I only stopped because I was falling asleep driving. I didn’t expect much but was surprised how clean the room was. It was also obviously updated with newer appliances. The staff I spoke to were very helpful. Not fancy at all, but definitely worth the price」

「Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!」

「This place is a gem! We stayed 3 nights in a condo recently. It's the perfect walkable location to the beach and tons of bars and restaurants. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable! It was exactly what we needed. We can't wait to visit again!」

「We saw a lot of bad reviews about this place, but we’re so glad we didn’t listen. Our room was super clean, and the staff was absolutely amazing — so much so that we ended up extending our stay. 「The room was wonderful. It was spacious and clean. The door opened to a large public sun bathing area that had a spectacular view of the ocean with tables. The pool has a ramp that made it very convenient to bring our gear down. The pool has a spectacular ocean view with easy beach access right from the pool. Great place to stay with restaurants nearby. Loved and going back. 」
