「The hotel is very central, less than a minute from the beach, not too far from the train station and perfect for exploring Saint-Jean-de-Luz. We booked a comfort room with terrasse. The room is nice (not too large though) and the terrasse features a table and chairs. However there are many restaurants in that street and the tubes from the restaurant kitchens exhaust fans are just by the terrasse so expect the small of cooking. I would chose that room again though as the rooms facing the street...

「Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée : un accueil simple, efficace et particulièrement chaleureux. Les chambres familiales sont spacieuses, confortables et impeccablement propres.
Nous avons également apprécié sa localisation idéale lors de notre retour d’Espagne, parfaite pour faire une agréable halte à Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Les lits sont très confortables, et nous avons été sensibles au calme ainsi qu’à l’excellente isolation sonore.

「The owner of Hotel Les Goelands is a gem of a person. Although we had a bit of a problem checking-in, he more than made up for our inconvenience with his conscientious, affable and charming personality.
Hotel Les Goelands is a lovingly operated family business that has been in existence for 90 years. We enjoyed having "Grandmother's Special Cake" for dessert on the evening we had dinner in the dining room. Delicious!
The breakfasts at the hotel were also very tasty.

「We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Trabenia. After getting settled we went on a short walk around the beautiful area the came back to the hotel for a nice anperitif at the bar. We then an amazing meal at the restaurant. Will definitely be back someday. 」
