We arrived on a late night flight and got to the hotel after midnight. The desk clerk was extremely helpful in getting us registered and also helping getting the heating in the room going. The checkout process was very convenient as well

The room we had was newly renovated. So nice to have brand new carpets, furniture, etc. Big tv and comfortable beds and pillows.

Front desk person that worked the evening was not friendly. Not a good first impression. Hotel was hard to find because of road closures in the area but the room was clean and quiet.

Please have bottled water in the lobby, there wasn't any and did not enjoy having to go to the gas station and pay way more than necessary instead of having it in the lobby or bedroom.
