"Everything was readily available, super convenient, great location and much better than a hotel. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, full kitchen, large common area and laundry facilities in the same complex. "

"The staff were less than helpful, There was no car parking anywhere near the hotel. It was student accommodation and not suitable for mature aged travellers. We chose not to stay here and found another motel."

"The property is excellent. 5 Stars!!! The problem was that we went to the address given on the confirmation but nobody was there to talk to. Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. Luckily for us, one of the residents across the street came and contacted the people at Urban Retreats. "This house is incredible with all the modern finishes which would rival those of a hotel based self-catering option. The hosts were very accommodating and proactive with communicating picking up the key's double-checking sleep arrangements to make sure we were all covered. "The house was nice and quiet. It was advertised with a view of the ocean, however the hedge was so tall it was not possible to see over it for the view. In addition, the house could use a few basic instructions on the switches, stove, washer/dryer, etc readily available, in addition it would be nice to have a few more hand towels and hooks so guests can hang them to dry. Overall the place was a solid performer, lots of room to spread out; not walkable to a town but a short curvy drive in."

"Probably the best overall hotel that I've stayed at to date. We were greeted very warmed by Ken. Such a kind and helpful man, my shy kids even felt comfortable asking him questions. The entire staff was very kind and helpful. Always checking on you as you walked by. The property itself is stunning and fairly priced for all the amazing amenities. Can't say enough good thing about this hotel. High praise from the kids too."

"The staff was great and the room was great for what we needed during our stay. The area immediately surrounding the building didn’t always look or feel all that great, but that is just from the looks. Was out and about most of the time. So, grain of salt. But the facilities were solid. "
