Schöne Unterkunft in Strandnähe

Schöne Villa, gute Lage für Inselerkundungen und herzliche Betreuung! Ausstattung wäre mit einfachen Mitteln verbesserungsfähig (zB mehr Haken im Bad, Fliegengitter in den Fenstern ) - aber insgesamt zu empfehlen!

l'appartamento è semplice ma pulito e collocato in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le principali spiagge affittando un'auto. giorgio è molto cortese e complessivamente il nostro soggiorno è stato molto gradevole.

A lovely authentic Corfuean hotel up the hill with an enjoyable pool area and THE view was incredible with some music and all! Hotel was well kept clean and felt safe all the way! And most off all a lovely host and his family!

Decadent villa by uphill road

Noisy rooms by a busy (and steep) uphill road. Nice manager, but no other staff. So pool was not very clean and the pool bar was hardly ever open. Room cleaning was a joke: during our week trash bins were emptied only twice and our sheets and towels were changed only once and only partly and this happened just the last evening of our stay. This hotel is a great waste of potential.

I went into this hotel on holiday with my friends, but actually It wasn't a great experience as well: The biggest problem is the position of the hotel in respect to the beaches, in fact the hotel is located on a hill, there's 10 minutes to walk to reach the street and then we were force to rent quods and motorcycles to reach the beaches and all the places we wanted to visit. If the hotel had been near a beach, It vould have been much better for me. However the rooms are quite comfortable and clean and the personnel is very kind.

Nice accomodation near Ipsos

Very nice place not so far from Ipsos. The room was very clean and the staff was always very nice and friendly. There is also a beautiful swimming pool. Unfortunately a car or a motorbike is necessary to go to the beach and to reach the centre of the town, especially if you would like to spend your time in Ipsos with its funny nightlife.

Friendly and welcoming hotel.

George and Joy welcome you to their lovely hotel offering a rustic Greek experience with local village tavernas just 5 minutes walk away and close to Dassia beach and resort. Hotel rooms are basic, clean and functional for self catering with excellent views. Swimming pool is excellent and kept very clean with access to comfortable sun loungers and cool drinks/snacks if required. Air con and a safe are provided free of charge which is a welcome bonus! Hotel location was ideal for us being just outside a friendly village with easy access to Dassia resort at the bottom of the hill, approx 2 miles from Ipsos and 8 miles from Corfu Town. Thank you George for your hospitality. We enjoyed the stay and would certainly recommend your hotel. All the best.

Hotel in buona posizione, vicino a bar e ristoranti e non lontano dal mare. Ci siamo trovati bene sia in stanza che in piscina.

Non è stato come me lo aspettavo

Ho soggiornato presso villa Karmar Hotel con un amico, il propietario Giorgio è stato molto scortese con noi, a sole poche ore dal nostro arrivo ci siamo subito ritrovati a discutere con lui perchè accusati di cose che non avevamo fatto! La struttura dell'hotel inoltre è arredata con mobili molto datati, le foto internet non sono molto veritiere! Unica nota positiva...la piscina! Grande e sempre pulita.

Ho soggiornato 5 notti con il mio ragazzo presso Villa Karmar. Hotel situato in una posizione buona: noleggiando uno scooter siamo riusciti a girare tutta la parte settentrionale dell'isola. I proprietari, George e la sua compagna, sono stati molto gentili e disponibili per qualunque dubbio o consiglio.

500 metres from lower village up a hill on a busy road, which may pose problems for people with mobility problems. The apartments are large but very basic ie: no kettle or frying pan etc. Clean and well serviced by friendly operators.

Residence perfetto per una clientela giovanile

Residence davvero ottimo, aria condizionata e cucinotto ad un prezzo vantaggiosissimo , distanza da ipsos davvero minima (in motorino 4 minuti), che sarebbe il cuore della movida. Tutto perfetto , Giorgio Kampis molto gentile e disponibile.

Villa Karmar Apartments

The owners were very warm people, very accommodating and helpful to all our needs. The Studio was clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, close walk to main street shops and the beaches. The pool area was lovely and relaxing and I would definitely recommend a stay at Villa Karmar, and stay there again if/when I return to Corfu.
