Fab little place with a pool - accommodation defo not 4 star but ideal for a budget holiday - location central to the wonderful Kassiopi - cant be bad as this is our second time. Staff are more than helpful.

Great staff! Helpful and genuinely attentive to your needs. Good food. The room was very basic and very dated. Old covers like in the 80’s /90’s . Toilet seat was “peeling” very small shower. The room smelled musky. Excellent location with a private parking!! From the reviews it seems that the apartments might be better … We did enjoy our stay as we were using the room only to sleep. One of the pool had green algae on the steps. Again great staff good food and parking.

We had a wonderful stay at Solaris this July. Even though we were in a central location, the complex is relaxed in the day and quiet at night. The staff were all so friendly and attentive, whether that be bringing us a cocktail to our lounger, or reserving us a table at a highly recommended restaurant nearby. Kassiopi was gorgeous, and staying at Solaris meant we were a stones throw from the harbour, beaches, bars, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious! The pool area was a haven and spotless, however my only criticism would be that the bathroom and floor in our room could have been a little more clean when we arrived, but this didn’t massively affect our stay and would definitely book again.

Our second stay at Solaris. Great place to stay in the beautiful village of Kassiopi. Very short walk to the picturesque harbour with lots of restaurants and bars overlooking the bay. Property is ideal with very friendly and helpful staff. There are a couple of pools with a small bar/snack area open throughout the day. Although the place was full during the week we stayed it never seemed overcrowded or too busy. Great place for a holiday.

This was a friendly hotel. The staff clearly work hard to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect with a full kitchen and comfortable sitting area. I would not hesitate to recommend this place and I would definitely return.

Solaris is in a great location, very family friendly hotel. Rooms are a little dated but very clean and beds were comfortable. All staff were very friendly and the pool bar is great, would recommend

Very close to the bars and restaurants in Kassiopi but aside from that, extremely disappointing. Bathroom was not as advertised on Hotels.com. Very unclean; hair and debris still left on toilet seat from previous occupants, and not cleaned until I complained on the third day. Receptionist was rude and dismissive when I complained, no apology given.
