Faultless accommodation and service

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough. Room with private pool was just lovely and I could not fault it. Lovely bathroom, comfy beds, spacious enough for 4. Restaurant really good value. Staff happy to accommodate a late check out and as the room was not let we were able to stay until 9pm for a reasonable price. Would love to return!

This is a lovely hotel!

While Gouvia is not much to write home about, this hotel and some excellent restaurants in town gave us a great experience. The hotel is lovely, very clean and the staff couldn't be nicer to their guests. It looks like it has been recently renovated extensively. We have found five swimming pools but wouldn't be surprised if there are more. Our room was very spacious and clean. Sheets and towels are changed every day. There is a small supermarket about a minute away from the hotel. Gouvia town centre is less than ten minutes walk away but beware, Gouvia is not very pedestrian friendly and you will have to cross a busy road t the lights near the hotel. There is a bus stop three minutes walk from the hotel and that's where tour busses pick you up. a blue bus number 7 to Corfu town also stops there. We loved Corfu and would definitely go back and stay at this hotel.

The complex is modern and when we visited quiet. Swim up rooms are fantastic. Snacks and drinks at each pool Staff really friendly.

The service was great, specially Anastasia from reception! The room is nice and big. The only thing that was not so good was the extra bed made out of the sofa in the living room, it was too hard. But we would definitely return.

Good, clean rooms but crowded pool area

The room was very good, well equipped, clean and spacious - we had a two bedroom apartment next to the pool. There were two good TVs. The kitchen was nice but good do with a toaster and a coffee machine (I’m sure the photo of the room had one in it!). The pool area was crowded and unappealing, our room was right next to tables and chairs with people eating so felt very unprivate. Basically, the room was great as long as you didn’t want to go outside! Check in was quite laborious with forms for each guest needed to be completed and the reception area, and actually all communal areas, were messy. As I said, the rooms were good, clean and spacious.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Die „Zimmermädchen“ sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, selten, das die mal grüßen, aber damit können wir leben. Das Frühstück ist OK, aber 12 Tage immer das selbe ist nicht so toll, da könnte etwas mehr Abwechslung nicht schaden. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Appart moderne lumineux avec clim, cuisine et salle de bains moderne. Il manquait juste une piece pour manger car notre chambre numéro 11 avait un petit balcon mais juste une petite table ronde donc impossible à 4 de manger dehors, nous prenions nos repas sur une table basse de szlon mais c'est pas très grave, Dimitra à l'accueil est hyper gentille et très professionelle.
