Valet staff were incredibly nice. Male Front Desk staff was rude, kinda like he didn't want to be there. Female Front desk staff were very nice. Hotel concierge-Mixed feelings, helped booked a boat for us, but gave us wrong information about pricing of added options. Wait staff were decent.

A Nice, Legendary Hotel with Beautiful Views We had a lovely stay at Domes Miramare. It's a nice, legendary hotel, very well decorated throughout. The rooms were spacious and nice, with a beautiful view. A couple of minor notes: the room door was very heavy, and the hallway wasn't as clean as expected. The beach was amazing, with great sun beds and excellent service and incredible views of the mountains. The Italian restaurant was very good as well. My main feedback is about restaurant reservations — you need to book before arriving at the hotel, which we didn't know. The staff was able to fit us in at the Italian restaurant, but this should be communicated in an email prior to arrival so guests can plan accordingly. Check-in also took a little longer than expected. Overall, a great hotel and a wonderful stay in Corfu.

Several rooms that were shown to us had a musty/moldy smell. There was visible mildew in the showers and there was excessive dust in the ac vents and the top of the bed board. When these concerns weee brought up to the manager, he told us there is no available rooms then somehow he found an open room and then another one. He also claimed that he would have a room available the following day at their new pavilion across the street but after he showed us 2 rooms he claimed that the other pavilion has no openings for the rest of the week. With that being said, Most staff were friendly and helpful except the manager.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. They were always attentive, anticipating needs with genuine care and impressive attention to detail. The hotel itself is immaculately clean; rooms, public areas, and facilities are maintained to the highest standard. The stunning gardens are beautifully kept and provide a peaceful setting to relax. Dining was a real highlight, with amazing food served to perfection. Breakfast was outstanding, offering superb quality, variety, and freshness. Overall, this hotel delivers excellence in service, comfort, and hospitality that truly exceeded all expectations completely. We will be back, no doubt about it. Thank you so much
