We had a wonderful week in Kassiopi staying here. The property isn’t 5 star but then neither is the price. It was comfortable, clean and a great location to walk to the harbour and beach. The check in was straightforward and the accommodation enabled us to have a choice of self catering. No washing machine but everything else, ie iron, hairdryer fridge etc. we would stay here again if we returned.

Clean, comfortable well equipped apartment. Cleaners in most days to empty rubbish. Only issue was wifi not very strong and intermittent in the apartment probably because I was a long way from the hub. Wifi was OK in reception.

The apartment is located on the main road with a parking space next to it. Very nice apartment, clean, and in a very desirable location. Plenty of amenities shops and bars around. In general the place was lovely with a nice balcony for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. One downside is that the air con unit is located in the main part and unfortunately doesn’t cool down the bedroom, unless it was left on for the whole day, which was not possible. That said we got good rest on the sofa beds in the living room. Perhaps a fan in the bedroom would have been a good solution. Hotel also has access to a swimming pool behind the property and is walkable distance 2-3min to the beach. In general we would definitely recommend the place and definitely come back.

Stay away! Do not book here!!

Very bad "hotel". There was mold in bedroom, mold in bathroom. Mold in the kitchen. All floors are dirty and in poor condition. Glasses and pots not cleaned. Still full offload from the guest before. The refrigerator is noisy and makes loud noises. Bread knife full of rust. The oven is very messy and the stove full of rust and old food. There are large collections of ants, outside and inside. The biggest problem was that the room is so humid that clothes and paper become damp indoors. Booked for 1 week, had to leave after 3. We never met the owner. Never did we meet somebody who was in charge. Nevertheless no contact information to the hotel in Hotels.com or in the room/reception. We parked outside but did Get a notice on the car that it was illegal to park. The beds are like sleeping on a concrete road, and they never changed the bed linen. The air inside is smelly of mould and humid. Guys next door had party all day and all night. A true nightmare that we do not recommend.
