Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Communication was a nightmare. The place had trash in it, the floor was dirty and the bed hadn't been changed. Initially she refused to change the sheets for the beds but eventually agreeded. Never did clean the floor. The Washing machine did not work either. We had a roach about 3 inches long on the wall one night but our flew away before i could snap a pic
