Very nice room up steep stairs. Beautiful views and great location. The service was only three stars because of the rushed and hurried checkin.

Fantastic,comfortable room. Had everything we needed. Flavia and Christina made sure to have all the information we needed and helped us with everything, truly went above and beyond. Even to the point of ensuring we had transport to the train station and back. If you want a comfortable get away to explore a traditional Italain village this is the place to go!

Esperienza molto deludente. Nonostante il rimborso della colazione richiesta per mancanza prodotti basici (uova, pane, alimenti per celiaci.), abbiamo riscontrato un rapporto poco ospitale. Mancanza di asciugamani per il bidet che abbiamo dovuto richiedere per il giorno dopo oltre che campioncini (n°2) di soli shampoo che, anche in questo caso, abbiamo dovuto chiedere per il giorno seguente. ​A peggiorare la situazione sono state le carenze igieniche riscontrate nell'angolo cottura: la spugnetta per i piatti fornita non era confezionata, ma già stata palesemente utilizzata, risultando quindi del tutto anti igienica. Inoltre, l’asciugamano per i piatti era stato riposto nel vano inferiore del mobiletto, praticamente a terra e a diretto contatto con la zona dei bidoni dell’immondizia e il sapone liquido per i piatti; una collocazione priva di attenzione per la pulizia e il rispetto dell'ospite. Infine ci è stato inviato, il giorno prima della partenza, un messaggio su WhatsApp per ricordarci di lasciare la camera entro le ore 10:00 (mezz'ora prima dell'orario check out riportato sulla prenotazione e sulla brochure presente in camera): un'insistenza del tutto superflua. Da una struttura che si definisce "boutique" ci si aspetterebbe decisamente di più.

Suite nuova e molto molto bella. Parcheggio a 2/300 metri con diversi scalini da salire. Peccato che la colazione venga servita solo dopo le 8:15 e non dalle 7 come indicato ed il check in a orari molto ridotti. Bene per turisti ma non la consiglierei a clientela business.
