「Always stay there on our way to Washington」

「The toilet seat was poorly secured and at 4:30am I was sitting on the toilet doing my business, leaned right to get the toilet paper, the toilet seat disconnected from the toilet and fell on the floor to the left, I fell on the floor to the right injuring my arm and hitting my head. The front seat person was quite unconcerned, did eventually send a repair person to replace the unsafe toilet seat.」

「This bed and breakfast in Chester, CA near Lake Alamnor and the south entrance of Lassen Volcanic National Park was the perfect place to stay after a challenging, afternoon hike in Lassen. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was large and well appointed, the property was well cared for, and breakfast was delicious with excellent service. My sister and I both said we would stay here again.」
