Dogwood Inn is truly a magical place. From the moment we arrived, Jim and Cindy made us feel genuinely welcome. Cindy’s breakfasts were absolutely outstanding—homemade, delicious, and one of the highlights of our stay. Jim was equally exceptional: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You can tell they both genuinely enjoy taking care of their guests. The property is private, absolutely breathtaking, and feels like a dream—a true luxury retreat...

We had a great weekend. Everything we wanted to do was pretty close. The further we had to travel was just under a hour.

Our first time staying there. We have already decided to make this our place to stay when we come again! Sooooo nice!!

Very good. For a reasonable motel it was newly remodeled. Super nice man runs it. We would stay there again.

This is by far the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in. Everything was clean, the walls had no marks on them and looked freshly painted. We were very impressed. The staff was very nice and helpful - we arrived late for our reservation, but too early to check in for the next day and they gave us a room anyway but didn't charge for the 1st day. I have stayed here several times and i keep going back. It's a nice quiet place and it doesn't cost outrageously.

Cabin was exactly as desxribed. Very cute and cozy. Host was awesome.

My family came down to visit our son and stayed 3 nights. It was the best experience. I honestly don’t know what all the complaints about noise are about, all 4 lodges were occupied and we had zero noise issues. The room was clean, the property was clean, and it was easy to find. I would definitely stay again!

Excellent staff helpful from arrival to departure.

Very nice place to stay. Clean and affordable. A nice alternative to a hotel.

Quiet, spacious, many commodities, comfortable, AC and heating in good working condition, well equipped.

Nice place helpful people. You want the review or not ?

What a lovely place!!!! The property is immaculately maintained. It’s quiet, serene and very cozy. You can also venture into some fun and weird local spots.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was everything you could want. Clean. Safe. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Convenient. wish more hotels were like this one. Pet friendly as well.
