「Beautiful property situated right near the heart of the village!」

「Issue with lights and electricity supply in room 427 - lights came on/off unattended. Bar staff were good. Restrictive breakfast - wanted only a glass of juice but was informed I would have to pay for breakfast as juice was not free - did not pay, but embarrassing.」

「Property allowed guest to use amenities before and after checkout. Easy communication when towels were needed and garbage needed taken out. All staff was very friendly and welcoming to travelers.」

I was then given a room with a poor view, and with two double beds instead of the king bed that I had previously paid for on Expedia. 「Bed needs new mattress, sagging and able feel hardware in mattress. The sink drains very slowly. Room 22.」

「We didn't want valet parking and there was no other choice. Valet parking was Very expensive. Some of the valet guys were rude. We used the shuttle app and when we requested a ride, the driver kept saying he was there and was not! Very frustrating. We were on the 8th floor and you had to take 2 elevators. No microwave s in the room. Only ice machine was on the 5 th floor. 1st day, fire 🔥 alarm went off at 7 am, some idiot was smoking in the room.」

「The location of the property was great. Very close to Main street, shopping and restaurants. The lady who checked us in was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! She was super friendly and gave us so much information of things to do, gave us a map showing the propert location. She also pointed out some really good restaurants. She made the whole check in process fast and fun.」

「Everything here was fantastic. Four block walk from the Dillon Amphitheater. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Hot tub was hot and spacious, would have been nice if the staff member who came to tell it was closing was less rude about it. Parking was easy and the room was large and comfortable」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」
