「Check in time was at 3pm. We were there at 3pm and were told to wait for two hours for rooms to be ready. It was raining a lot and we were not offered an alternative but to wait pretty much in our car or go back later. We were 6 people with kids and elderly, waiting for a room for two hours in the rain and not alternative but to come back or wait in the car while it is raining heavily should not be an alternative. 「National park within 10 minute drive. Property is Absolutely Beautiful. Concierge was very helpful and accommodating. Shuttle bus to beach was very convenient! The view was impeccable. Loved every minute of it. Highly reccommend. 」
