Dette var den største skuffelsen jeg har fått med bestilling av en leilighet. Jeg ble forespeilet en eksklusiv leilighet, men området og bygget huset lå i var av lav standard, skittent og uten heis. At det var nattklubb i samme bygning og mye bråk hjalp ikke på opplevelsen. Dette var dyrt og dårlig. Selve leiligheten var ok, men uten ventilasjon og veldig mørk.

Entry to the building looks quite shabby, but once in the apartment, its exactly as it looks on the photos and its nice, spacious, and confortable. Would go back.

L’appartement se situe dans un vieux bâtiment délabré. Il faut traverser un cour plein d’ordures pour y entrer. Les fenêtres sont anciens et il faisait un chaleur insoutenable à l’intérieur vu qu’il y avait canicule, je ne peux qu’imaginer les courants d’air glaciales en hiver. On entend un tel vacarme dans la rue qu’on ne sait si le bruit provient de la télévision ou du dehors. Ceci même avant que n’ouvrent les ‘night clubs’ du quartier quand les décibels se lâchent complètement. Bon, revenons à l’appartement lui-même. Joli éclairage, bonne literie, propre, spacieux. Cuisine et batterie fonctionnelle. Frigo givré, toaster cassé. Des rideaux légers sur vitres séparent les chambres du salon alors pas de vie privée même pour s’habiller. Douche moderne mais sans aucun appui ni étagère, attention aux glissades. Communication uniquement par e-mail avec les gérants, beaucoup d’attente pour chaque réponse à nos questions, par exemple sur le fonctionnement de la télévision ‘connectée’ et la possibilité de départ tardive. Ceci a été accordé moyennant paiement mais les ménagères n’étaient pas prévenues et sont arrivées à 11h00, heureusement que nous ne sommes pas sortis ce dernier matin. Point finale: nous avons payé le loyer au mois de mars dernier. Quel fût notre choque quand le montant a été débité une deuxième fois de notre carte de crédit après notre retour. Pas encore remboursé. Je voulais montrer Copenhague à ma famille (je suis Danois). C’est fait, merci.

Super cute and spacious unit that is updated and accommodating for our family of 4. When we had some issues with the wifi, the owner was extremely helpful and responsive to address and correct the problem. The location provides direct access to walk to dining, shopping, cafes, canals and the subway. The one issue that needs to be noted is that this unit is located directly above a very active nightclub that is open from Midnight - 5:00am on Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights. There is a lot of noise throughout the unit all of the night as a result of the nightclub.

Pros- large space, lots of privacy for occupants. Clean. Location close to metro, main shopping district, bars, restaurants, felt extremely safe. Great system for key pickup. Good communication with owners. Cons-location was perfect until Friday night when the bar nearby had music til 530am. Before that it was quiet and restful for sleeping. Outdoor door was shockingly delapitated.

Don’t be fooled by the nice interior. The apartment is next door to a large night club playing loud music until 5AM, which can clearly be heard through the walls and windows. When contacted, the owner merely said that the online description warns that “the area can be noisy as it’s a centrally located apartment”, which is a major understatement.

Fest og larm fra Naboer

Der er meget lydt og der blev holdt flere fester hos naboen til langt ud på natten. Det var både på en onsdag og en torsdag, så lejligheden kan ikke anbefales hvis man skal bo der og arbejde. Ejeren var sød og venlig og prøvede at hjælpe så meget som muligt, men det hjalp desværre ikke på festerne.
