Super comfortable room, great location, and welcoming vibe. Just one criticism: I loved the cuddly cod and wanted to take one home but they are far too expensive (400 DKK / £46). I get Denmark is a pricey country but that still seems a little much.

This is not a good hotel for tourists. It’s a convention center, and it lacks the personal service that you would expect from a good hotel. Room clean is “on request”. I think that’s not good for any hotel, except here nobody told this at check-in either and it was not made clear in the room also. ...
