We booked the room with Expedia, Upon arrival, the office person asked for payment for room, I told her that we paid for the room through Expedia. Then she changed to saying that she needs another $46 for pets but on the Hotel page it states clearly that pets stay free. Anyway after a long tiring drive, we gave her the money and went to our room. The room is very basic entry level room. There are signs everywhere such as turn off the lights, don't let the dogs on the bed, don't run water , etc. Its like being in kindergarten. There were bugs everywhere.

The carpets were extremely dirty and honestly quite unpleasant, especially since almost the entire property is carpeted. Also, the air conditioning, which was the only source of heating during a night when the temperature dropped to around 0°C, stopped working on the last of our three nights, and we were very cold. Apart from those issues, everything else was very good, and the staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful.

Staff were greatnand welcoming - travelling with a little dog (moodle) and paid for him prior to arriving, but had to pay again on arrival. That was an little disappointing, and the room wasnt too comfortable. Had to remove the bedspread, dog wouldn't stop smelling it, and it looked dirty. Didn't feel comfortable in the room amd left early.
