"The public areas needed a good cleaning. Rhee was what appeared to be a blood smear on the hallway wall upstairs. When I mentioned it I was told “ I’m only a desk clerk”. The breakfast was weak at best. The room was clean. They allowed us to use a small business room to have pizza in with our dogs. ..."
