「This was my 2nd stay at a Niche property and it went very well. Having access to multiple laundry machines makes everything very efficient. The staff and manager go out of their way to help make things smooth or fix little inconveniences. 」

「I travel regularly to Dublin and have tried most of the hotels in the area. This is a guesthouse with great rooms. The rooms are well-kept, clean, air-conditioned, have coffee machines, and even a cork screw. The location is perfect, and it’s now my home in Dublin! 」

「Comfortable room with all the basic necessities in place. Friendly owner and staff. Close to bus stop for buses that take you to city centre. While the DART station is slightly far away, it’s a nice 20-minute walk in the neighbourhood (and through a lovely little park). I was spoilt by the delicious breakfast every morning! 」

「Thebhotel and room were dated and room air-conditioning was poor. The sink in the hand bath was blocked and water ran slow. Toom is a bit dark. For almost 500 pounds a night i woild stay in the Premium inn next」
