「This is the 2nd time I stayed at the Residence and it was very comfortable, clean, spacious & safe both times. Keep in mind it is a student residence and you will see some wear from previous tenants but overall it is very well kept.」

「This was a nice big place, clean and good value for the money. Better than a hotel room at any of the cheap hotels in town. Mark and Steve had some excellent freshly ground coffee, sugar and creamers for us to enjoy in the morning. Great location near downtown and the lake, but quieter than where the chain hotels are.」

「Great layout with three bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms, plus a guest bathroom on the main floor. The kitchen/dinning area was great and well equipped.」

「Overall the house and property were beautiful. The only reason I give it a four star is because the bbq does not work very well. In the summer that is an essential amenity for food preparation. A couple of the guys also said there was body hair in the beds. Maybe the sheets weren’t changed?? Everything else was perfect. Communication with property management was excellent!」
