Everything looked clean and freshly renovated from the lobby. However, the elevator and pool were not available for guests. The doors indicating the room were not appropriately labeled. The “breakfast” was what I’d expect to find in a hospital waiting room vending machine the day before its been restocked. The staff were kind and eager to be hospitable. The room itself was clean and appropriate to the price point, although the floating engineered flooring could use some underlayment. My overall experience was good, but with the great staff and fresh renovation, there’s no reason this hotel shouldn’t be at capacity instead of having two cars in the lot. It’s up to management to give it that final push to distinguish this location as the best amongst a fairly saturated market.

This place is the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed. I was assigned a room upon checking. When I went to use the restroom the toilet had what looked to be fecal matter on the seat. I went to the front desk and informed the attendant. She then assigned me to another room. At first glance everything seemed fine UNTIL my son pulled back the sheets and there was a huge urine stain on the sheets that went all the way down to the mattress pad. So once again I went to the front desk and showed her the pictures of the bed. I expressed my disgust and asked for a refund. I was told she could not make that call but she would let her manager know the problem, and was was given more bed linen. Additionally, there was no refrigerator in the room so she said my son could take the one in the first room to the second room. The next day the management to the room to bring more linen and I explained to him that we had already changed the bed the night before. I guess he expected us to use the soiled linen. I then demanded a refund and was told I would receive a refund for one of the two days rental. The next day at checkout nothing had been resolved. I came back two days later and was told I could not get a refund because it was booked thru Expedia. The manager then called his manager and I was still told I couldn't get a refund. That person then contacted his manager and I was once again told I could not receive a refund. All this plus the pool is full of green nasty fungus looking water. RUN

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! To start off the downstairs doesn’t have any air. Next to the elevator shaking once you get in, with the maintenance number written on PAPER in it. Once you get on your level, the room numbers are written on duck tape, which are peeling off the wall. Once you walk into the room everything is filthy. The floors aren’t swept, the sink has hair in it with rust, the toilet has stains in it and my importantly the shower is brown! Tried cleaning it with bleach but the water pressure was awful, it couldn’t even clean it! The bed had black stains all on it with crumbs under the sheets!! This is the worst stay possible. I don’t recommend at all. Lastly, they don’t have hand soap, a working tv or clean/ real body towels. EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY && FILTHY NEVER AGAIN! With the audacity to charge $60 extra for an accidental fee, horrendous behavior

the hotel was clean but the ice make was dirty which made the ice dirty because when the ice melted the water was brown. The elevator was broke and the front desk man lied and said it would be working in the morning didn’t work the whole time i stayed there. Lastly the address is wrong the one that is listed is an empty parking lot my stay was just in pleasant
