The property is perched high above the road. Parking is accessed via a very steep narrow driveway above, and is free. Room was very clean, Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly.

Great location to walk into Conwy. Nice and quiet. Staff really friendly and helpful. Would have been better if breakfast could have been available a bit earlier in the morning, but the take away breakfast bags were a good alternative.

Its position - close to town, easy to access A55, The only drawback is the very steep slope up to the parking area. We found that we simply needed to be in 1st gear and there was no problem. Coming down - do it slowly! Otherwise, the front of the car could touch the road surface.

Great Stay – Highly Recommend I had a wonderful stay at this hotel from start to finish. The welcome was warm and genuinely friendly, which set the tone for the whole visit. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and my room was lovely — comfortable, well-presented, and a real pleasure to relax in. Breakfast was a real highlight, beautifully prepared and featuring local produce that added a nice, authentic touch to the morning. All in all, a fantastic experience, and I'd definitely stay here again — I'd also happily recommend it to fellow solo travellers.

The property was in a beautiful quiet location just outside the walled town. Buses and the town sites were about a 5-10 minute walk away. There were good choices for breakfast which was fresh and delicious. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

The grounds are beautiful and breakfasts are fresh and tasty. Jill thoughtfully prepared lovely takeout breakfasts for me on the days that I had to leave before the regular breakfast time. Much appreciation to Andrew for taking me to the Conwy Railway Station when my departure time was earlier than the taxi drivers’ starting time. Highly recommended.
