"I was not able to make use of the facilities because I was in the area for a wedding. My room was large but cosy and very clean. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and polite. If I am in that area again, I would stay there. "

"This place was an amazing find! I never expected it to be as good as it turned out to be! It was about 3 miles or so outside Conwy and very easy to find. We were in a twin room (number 4) which had its own little terrace and we were woken up the next morning with sheep and lambs right up against our fence. The food both evenings in the restaurant was excellent and what we liked about the breakfasts was that they were cooked to order. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone."

"Stayed here for one night. Room was ok but bedding smelt old. I didn’t book breakfast as I was unsure on what time I would be leaving in the morning and I was surprised to be told in the morning that this was charged at £1"

"The tv didnt work at all , no remote there cubard.in toilet fell on me.in there, 4 button on seating were mising exposing bear sharpe metal called office about tv said someone be over in few mins waited 3 hours called out of hours services man came over in 5 mins changed tv , thick cobwebs inside fire not been cleaned bird poo over front window looks like it been there a couple weeks as hard on window, scissors didnt work nor did tin opener, no spatular , big chunk of plastic mising out door fram on bedroom cut my hand on it, curtin.in bedroom window has holes in it so my over all impression of the site is this is the worst caravan holiday iv ever had its definatley not a company to be used"

"Double room with nice views of the sea and Little Orme. We’ve stayed here a few times, and recommend booking a sea or Orme view at the front. Bathroom was small, and with a shower over the bath. Would prefer walk in shower as my 81 year old hubby has recently had an artificial knee. Nice selection of shampoos, conditioners etc. Breakfast and dinner were very nice, with the usual menu of a J W Lees pub/hotel. Plenty of parking…just make sure you fill in your registration details at reception. The staff at reception, bar, and restaurant were all extremely friendly and helpful. "
