The floors were buckled up. The motel is just old. The owners were nice. Room seemed damp. Air conditioner worked good and heater. Room seemed clean. Easy check in. No loud noise. Shops nearby

I was very pleased with everything. They had no pet fee and an area to walk my dog. They were very accommodating when I lost my room key, even though it was 7 am. They had a vending machine onsite that was very cost effective. We were very close to shopping in the city and the Petit Jean State Park. It was a great price too! I would definitely recommend it and will be staying there next time I go.

We could have used a few more coffees. We only had 2 coffee servings for a 3 day stay for 2 of us. But we always had plenty clean towels and other supplies.very clean and our host at desk was very polite and personally took us to our room and showed us how to run tv and oriented us to the room. The parking lot was a mess there were cigarette butts all over, the metal stairs leading up to the second floor were rusted out in places. There were 2 of us staying two nights, one bath towel had big holes in it and there was only one wash cloth, we went to the office the next morning to get another wash cloth but no one would come to the window. There was a coffee maker but it only had two pods with it, the next day they changed out our towels and again one was cloth and no more coffee pods.
