「Solide, aber mit Luft nach oben
Die Sauberkeit des Hotels ist wirklich vorbildlich, sowohl die Zimmer als auch die gesamte Anlage waren gut gepflegt.
Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend, einzige Ausnahme war der Herr an der Rezeption, der einen eher überheblichen Eindruck hinterliess.
Was uns sehr überrascht hat: Wir sind gegen 10:30 Uhr angereist, haben sofort 90 € bezahlt und konnten danach nichts essen, da das Mittagessen erst ab 13:00 Uhr startet.

「This is one of the best resorts I have stayed anywhere in the world. Outstanding location, excellent maintained property, activities for adults and children alike. The beach is excellent. The staff is outstanding and attentive and cares for its guests. I have been singing its praises since staying there. I highly recommend you take the time for a visit if you are on Sicily. You will not be disappointed.」

「The drinking glasses were dirty most of the time. That was disappointing.
The staff were lovely and pleasant.
Dinner timings and options were limited.
We were signature level and would have expected options for sea view, but those seemed to only be for the main building
Food was okay. 」

「Ontzettend teleurstellend. Op het eerste gezicht lijkt alles mooi en luxe, maar zodra we onze hotelkamer binnenkwamen, bleek de werkelijkheid totaal anders te zijn.
Er was veel kapot in de kamer: het gordijn hing los, de ophanghaakjes waren kapot, de toiletrolhouder zat los en de algemene staat van de kamer was slecht onderhouden. De douche was echt vies en er zat schimmel in, wat absoluut niet acceptabel is voor een wellnesshotel. Ook was de douchekop stuk; deze lekte aardig.

「Modern attractive property. Staff very good. Especially the Sommelier, Enrico, the courtesy bus driver and the lady at reception.
You are out of town and it is handy to have a car if you wish to explore the area.

「Meget lækkert hotel.
Dog skal man være opmærksom på, at vejen op ad bjerget til hotellet er lang, smal og snoet. Jeg vil anbefale, at man ankommer mens det stadig er lyst.」
