「Everything was great 」

「The rooms are fine. There’s an old cigarette or Tobacco use smell, maybe from nicotine lingering from back in the days. But all in all it was a very comfortable stay 」

「We encountered a rude and rude receptionist. After we checked out that day, we left our luggage at the hotel in the afternoon. When we came back to collect our luggage at four o'clock, we wanted to use the bathroom. The front desk clerk said in a very stiff tone: No! There are no public toilets, you have to use the ones in your room. We just checked out at noon and immediately fell out.
