"Breakfast was adequate for what we needed. Shuttle was very convenient and staff was helpful with keeping our bas until our flight was ready to leave so we could still explore the area."

"Second stay at this hotel, and we really like it more and more. Just feel the hotel paid attention to details for customers. Room: very clean and well organized with lots of drawers. Shower is hot. Toilet looks new. Bed is very comfortable, with extra blanket ready in the room. AC/heat is quiet and efficient. Nice amenities like modern TV, coffee machine with porcelain cups, 4 glass cups, (no paper cups), smooth hand soap, smart light control, and a nice decorated sofa (look at the metal buttons!) Hotel: great location to everywhere around Boston. Nice front desk. breakfast from the hotel is awesome with lots of choices. Omelettes with breads and fruits are well worth it. You get your own refillable teapot and coffee pot once ordered. Evening bar is warm with many drink options. Self parking is $46 overnight on the public garage below the hotel (convenient, no in/out privilege though - needing valet for that)"

"Parking lot seemed comfortable and safe. We weren't there for breakfast our flight was early. Staff was friendly, they provided information about taxi service. We used Lyft which was amazing and prompt. The property was so clean it amazed me, I'm very picky, and i check everything, white glove check, i have health conditions and expect to be in clean buildings and rooms. Even the inside of the lamps were dust free as where the accent lights in the lobby and halls. We used the pool which to me was a little yuck not clean wise but it was very salty, heavy water, small pool very shallow good for snaller kids just under 5 ft deep but it was made of sharp concrete that rubbed hard on my feet and hands "

"The property was conveniently located close to a transit station. We were able to explore Boston (ie, Freedom Trail, Boston Commons, Quincy Market, etc) without the hassle of parking. As always, the breakfast at Embassy Suites is fantastic."
