Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

"Wayne and Sue were wonderful hosts and the flat was in a convenient serene location with great views! However, the listing on hotels.com says it is an entire home and despite clarifying with their agents they said this is an independent cottage. This is not the first time they mislead us. The accommodation was good and the hosts were great but the details on hotels.com is not accurate. If you are expecting a while cottage you’ll be disappointed. "

Whilst I did not make use of the cooking facilities, there is everything you need if you do want to cook and there is a supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away. "The room was phenomenal, everything was provided by the host prior to our arrival and communication was clear and succinct. The cottage was clean and ready for myself and the family, and we had a great time, it was near St Ives and Carbis Bay which was a simple five minutes walk away from the cottage. The stay would have been better if the parking was clearly listed and that the WiFi signal goes to the rear bedroom as well. But other than that it was a great experience. Would highly recommend...

"Lovely place, just outside of town but walkable"

"The only criticism I have was the cove restaurant was over priced and the service was slow and we asked for a dessert menu and waited about 45 minutes other people with babies were serviced before us we felt ignored by the staff and then to add service charge of £8.10 was a really bad when there really was no service at all My husband and I were on the 2nd floor and he couldn’t manage all the steps so they did move us to the 1st floor however our room was tiny but I couldn’t ask them to move us again so we stuck with it but would have preferred a bigger room when your paying £150 a night the swimming pool was lovely I think when you have teenagers maybe they need to have things for them to do to like mocktail making or movies for teens or arts and crafts for them etc"

"This was a return visit after discovering this hotel last year. Once again we had a fabulous stay. The resort is simply lovely, as are all the staff. I cant recommend staying here highly enough. The only slight negative i would stay is the gardens walk from the beach can be a little demanding if you have had a long day on tbe beach, however plenty of benches to take a rest if needed. Book now, you won't regret it !"
