「The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is located in San Marcos which is very close to Santiago. The bus 6A coming from Santiago's airport stops right in front of the hotel. Price of bus ticket one euro. The bus 6 which goes to Santiago starts the route right across the street. Bus ticket price also one euro. I used the hotel laundry service and just for 12 euro they did a large bag for me and delivered to my room early in the evening within the same day. Highly...

「地下停車場出口離飯店門口只有幾步之遙, 缺點是沒電梯, 行李扛得有點累.走過對街就是舊城區徒步區了, 走到大教堂約莫十分鐘, 門口右轉走約150公尺是市場, 水果價格算便宜.飯店服務人員親切且幫忙不少.房間大小尚可, 浴室大小讓人滿意.早餐水準不錯, 甜點種類也不少.網路有點連不上, 是一項缺點.整體而言令人滿意.」
