「The breakfast was plastic containers filled with cereal and yogurt. Smelled marijuana a couple of times. Doorknob didn’t latch. Woken at 12:30 am by people running up and down the halls and pounding on doors (naked). Place was very clean but tired. No hot water at 9 am. 」

「My key card didn't work on the second night, no staff on location. They didn't answer messages or the phone. I found a random "emergency number", didn't work either. Shocking. Had to leave around 3am as I couldn't enter the room - had to find somewhere else to stay at my own cost.」
