「The hotel is located near the airport. You can drive for around 10 mins to access. Petrol station is driving for around 15 mins. The room is spacious. The hotel does not provide cleaning service unless you pay extra charges. You have to clear the garbage by yourself. However if you are staying for over 7 days, once cleaning service will be provided. There is swimming pool and gym room, good for spending time and relaxing. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and 2 supermarkets. All are closed...

「We just had a wonderful weekend at ULTIQA Signature. Staying in a two bedroom ocean view it was clean, easy to navigate and the check in/out process was very quick and easy. We will definitely be back.」

「The apartment is new, spacious and super clean. Two of the bedrooms and the balcony are facing the endless coastline of Kirra Beach. The beach has children’s playground and jogging tracks. Plenty of restaurants are nearby. So there is no need to worry about breakfast and dinner. The room service clean up daily and make up of beds was done in one of our 3 night stay. However, they forgot to replenish our laundry powder in one of the day. We cannot get back the laundry powder at night...

「整體不錯 位置方便到黃金海岸主要遊樂區， 自駕有車位提供，WiFi 穩定，有細泳池及熱水池，健身房Sauna ，燒烤爐都不錯，唯獨房間清潔主要需要靠自己，一條毛巾用上整個租期，沒有沖涼液，洗衣液及洗潔精用完要再問櫃位 但工作時間只是8am -5pm，需預早詢問，另外入住時廚房廚具不太乾淨，床單亦發現有血跡，能改變就完美」

「Our room was outstanding, and the customer service was lovely. They arranged parking for our 2nd car free of charge which was a relief. My only small complaint was that I chose to pay for the room at the property, rather than when I booked it on Hotels.com. Hotels.com indicated that it would be the same price either way. But when I got to the property to pay, they added a 1.5% 'surcharge' for paying with credit card, but offered no other way to pay. 」

「我們入住時已經超過checkin 時間，當下心涼了一半，結果發現他有設計一個人性化的設計，讓我們不管多晚抵達都能安心多拿到鑰匙。雖然看得出來是舊飯店，但房間寬敞設備齊全讓我們好開心。房間有附陽台，看出去的海景也很棒～開車到鬧區大約20分鐘，還是建議有開車的旅人入住比較方便。」

「Had to wait to check in as the site manager was away from desk for 20 minutes. Then had to park elsewhere as allocated spot was taken up by someone else. Was told we would be given another spot but wasn’t called so we parked in a resident’s spot who wasn’t happy 」
