「Originally booked a queen size room with a request of 2 cribs. Upon checking in, I decided to request a king size bed and I was told by the receptionist that there’s no king size bed available. Then my friend is checking-in after me, and he asked her if she wants a king size bed. My friend and I ended up just switching keycards. Then I made a request to move the cribs to king size room. 「Good location and free shuttle service is very convenient to travellers. However, the hotel holds my credit card credit for USD100 as security deposit, but the deposit was not reversed although I have checked out. This should have been done when I checked out .」

「This was a very clean property. The room itself was better than expected. The kitchenette was very clean as was the room itself. I really needed a pen and couldn't find one in the room (silly complaint) and the parking fee of 15 a night was a bit odd, but whatever, parking lot was a decent size and there was always room.
