Concon

Tje hotel is different, many steps to go down and up to the reception and to get to our room etc. They also need to have something better to open the gate etc. The room excellent , the breakfast excellent as well

Primera vez que utilizo la aplicación, primera sorpresa me quisieron cargar la tarjeta de crédito antes de la hora de llegada, segundo la pieza no estaba en condiciones higiénicas, ducha con hongos, tenemos dudas que se hizo el cambio de sabanas y otros, no había ni pantuflas ni bata, tampoco agua, todo esto promocionado por ustedes. Desayuno en la habitación, muy básico. No cambiaron las toallas al día siguiente, nos dijeron es que la política es cambiarlo cada tres días, de haberlo sabido antes no reservo el hotel.

An excellent location with great views, friendly service, fantastic breakfast and a modern feel to the amenities. Our concierge was bilingual with great English (a rarity in Chile) and for a late booking the price was reasonable. It's good that it is a generally quiet location because the rooms are not very soundproof. You could hear the doorbell and the concierges's phone every time either of them rang. Nonetheless, we would definitely consider staying there again - especially as it is walking diestance from 'La Gatita' our absolute favourite seafood restaurant.

tiene una muy bonita vista y esta al frente del mar, lo que da un sonido agradable para quien quiera disfrutarlo. esta ubicado cerca de una zona gastronómica a la que se puede ir caminando, en un paseo que es agradable y lindo. me parece qu elas instalaciones no han sido bien restauradas y la habitacion ya da cuenta del paso del tiempo de su habilitación. pienso que debe mejorar en pintura interior, cortinas, iluminacion.

It's beautiful, however there are some details you expect for this range of prices. For example a bottle of water, a glass to drink it, tissue paper, towels are slightly stinky, and so on. Thermostat is just a decoration. However, for Chilean hotel standard, is good.
