Feels like a Holiday Inn Express in the US, but with better service. They had the best free breakfast I have ever had at a hotel, and they have hot food available in the evenings.

Great place to stay

My stay was very good. Wonderful, helpful staff. Being an American with knowing little conversational spanish, they were very gracious. Entire place was very clean and the showers work very well. Continental breakfast was very good. Everything stocked continually and clean.

Holiday Inn have never disappoint. It’s pretty basic but it has everything needed. Best beds, sheets and it has air conditioner. I’ve been staying there for 3 years, every time I travel to Chile from the USA and I will continue to choose Holiday Inn.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, bien ubicado y con un personal super amable y bien predispuesto. Lo unico que opacó nuestra estadia fue el hecho de que el unico asensor del hotel quedo fuera de servicio 3 de los 4 dias que nos hospedamos. Lo recomiendo y seguramente volveré a elegirlo en mi proxima estadia en Concepción.
