The room is cozy, staff are professional, and breakfast is good. However, I asked a day or two before departure to be picked up at the airport, hotel driver did not show up. Overall, it's a good stay!

Comfortable environment. Professional staff and delicious food service. Daily breakfast was exceptional. Would have loved to have 2 towels for 2 people and an electric iron available in each room. Water seeping through the glass doors can be annoying. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Pleasant and peaceful

I stayed there for two weeks and the stay was mostly pleasant. It is close to the city centre and pretty safe. The breakfast is amazing with excellent coffee. The staff are polite. The only complaint is I needed an iron but they were unable to locate their only iron (how difficult is to stock more irons!) for the duration of my 2 week stay. Pretty disappointed by that. They suggested I send my clothes to their ironing service which I didn't want to.

The breakfast was awesome and the rooms are clean and noise free. However, when you travel there, bring your slippers, toothpaste, a toothbrush and a tea station because they are not provided.

Nice place

It was good. The restaurant need to have a physical separation with the public toilets and the rooms. Just put a board or a curtain to keep a sort of privacy. Beides that, the hotel is clean and the staff is very professional

ok Place & Value for money in Conakry

Decent hotel - nice area and by the sea. Value for money in Conakry. Room facilities - similar to Ibis. Front desk could be more friendly - they also seem be busy buried in all the papers in front them. The ground floor is a maze - it is one mix of reception, bar, restaurant and the lobby chairs. By the way, they never responded to my airport pickup (request (which was complimentary) So, I asked my client to pick me up at the last minute. So much for customer service and responsiveness

I cancelled this hotel with you on 2 occasions and you took no notice whatever. I am fed up with trying to get a refund from your company for the hotel in Cotonou and also the one in Conakry. You never reply so I have no choice but to do no bookings with you as you are totally unreliable. Impossible to contact on your websites and have not replied to my last 4 emails. Funcionários antipáticos e café da manhã ruim. O ovo do buffet era seco por estar muito tempo na panela, poucas opções de pão. Não tinha pão integral ou muitas opções saudáveis. Quando pedi omelete fizeram cara feia. Pra mim, o cúmulo foi eu pedir pra imprimir 6 folhas do meu visto para o próximo país, e eles queriam cobrar. Eu falei, tudo bem. Pode marcar na conta do quarto. Ele então respondeu que não seria possível e que eu teria que pagar em espécie naquela hora. Eu não tinha moeda local. Foi uma descortesia tamanha que não quero voltar nesse hotel tão cedo.

Bonne option à Conakry

L hotel est de bonne qualité. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles. Propre et avec une piscine sympa. Des choses à améliorer, comme la navette de l aéroport (horaire aléatoire), prix du buffet prohibitif et la salle de gym hors de fonction.
