"We stayed at the Noom from Friday to Sunday. We had a wedding here so I will give my thoughts about the wedding venue, the hotel rooms and the general staff. Let's start off with the good stuff, the location is breathtaking. The pool is very nice, well maintained and the breakfast buffet is delicious with a good vatiety. The restautant staff is very helpful, nice, warm, and friendly. The front desk staff is a hit or miss, some are helpful, most are not and act like you are a bother. Now let's talk about the wedding venue, it was very nice, done in a timely fashion and the buffet was excellent. The lady that is the hotel contact person for the wedding party was very rude to us. Without getting into numbers, this was very costly and we got an additional 6 rooms for people attending the wedding. She admonished us for being in the bridal suite while getting ready and taking pictures. Once the bridesmaids came downstairs, she was giving us dirty looks. All in all, it was a good experience and I recommend the hotel generally but it's definetly not 5 stars by any standards. And for the love of God, please stop masking sewage with perfume, it made one of the bridesmaids very ill and it smelled like perfumed sewage."
"Palm Camayene was very clean and the staff were particularly helpful especially front desk staff Marcel, who was very helpful and spoke flawless English. Excellent!"
"It was my 5th stay over the last 4 years so I obviously like the property. However a few additions like adequate bottles of water and empty mugs in line with double occupancy would have been more useful. Also the increased sounds of train sirens throughout the night make it difficult to have a good night’s rest. While this particular development is beyond the control of the hotel, they could have given complimentary shifts to the new block which i understand is better insulated from this noise, especially for frequent guests like me. For the rest, again, I like this property and will consider it for future stays as well."
