"The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained, and some of the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the service was inconsistent, especially at the front desk. "Staff is amazing. Got a room in third floor, thw noise was impossible for sleeping, couldn't sleep a bit. Third floor and no elevator but amazing staff to help. You must let them know in advance what you want for breakfast and time to get it to your room."
