Ikke hotell. Ingen resepsjon.

Dette er ikke et hotell, men apartments. Det er ingen skilter e.l. som gjorde det litt vanskelig å finne. Det finnes ingen resepsjon, så man må ringe og avtale ankomst. Selve komplekset hvor leilighetene er befinner seg i gangavstand fra gamlebyen, men er i et litt kjedelig område av Como. Men, god service og fin, ren leilighet. Greit utstyrt kjøkken, A/C i soverom og stue. TV fungerte ikke:(

Rommet var slitent, innsjekkingen forsåvidt ok, etter litt fram og tilbake. Leiligheten vår stor, men kun 1 soverom med 4 sengeplasser. Veldig bråkete aircondition. På plussiden: Døgnåpen matvarebutikk rett på utsiden.

Billigt, lille men nogenlunde rnet

Vi har aldrig boet så ringe før. "Royal Gardens" min bare. Det grønne var en mur med efeu 3 meter fra værelset. Værelset var noget af der mindste vi har boet på. Det eneste af de mange offentliggjorte billeder, jeg kan genkende, var billedet af et bor i en entre. Det eneste sted, det var muligt at sidde og se sine mails igennem. Billederne af restaurant må være lånt fra andre. Direkte adspurgt kunne opsynmanden oplyse, at hotellet ikke havde restaurant, at der kun lå en pizza restaurant (den var i øvrigt udmærket og lokal) i gå afstand fra hotellet. Værelset var billigt, men ikke meget billigt. Vi kommer ikke igen

Nice clean apartment close to centre

We stayed in the self contained apartments / suites. It’s a bit confusing where to go when you first turn up but a quick call and someone comes and collects you. The parking is ample but expensive €24 per 24 hours. We parked across the road out side the supermarket in blue parking bays (as recommended by staff) it’s 50c an hour max 11 hours but free 8pm - 8am so much cheaper. The suites are comfy and clean and a lovely touch of fresh fruit for when we arrived as well. Very secure location and very quiet as they are in part of what seems like a business office block. Now I know that seems strange but don’t let that put you off we couldn’t have been happier. Walking distance to town and the lake where there are some amazing restaurants and shopping to enjoy. It was somewhere for us just to sleep we grabbed food from the supermarket which is 24hr across the road for breakfast. Then ate out the rest of the time. It has plates cutlery a toaster kettle and hot plate in the room to make you feel right at home. We couldn’t find the aerial for the tv but that wasn’t a big problem for us (but just incase). All in we had a great time if we went again we would probably stay in the hotel which we found on our last day which is across the gardens rather than the apartments only because we would like to see what the difference is.
